Welcome to the Registration Information Page for all Parents and Guardians.
All New and Returning Students will need to register on line for the 2020-2021
school year. You can find the link on the www.gwisd.us website under Parent Resources,
or go directly to https://txeis02.txeis.net/ParentPortal/login?distid=149901.
NEW TO THE DISTRICT students will click on Create Account on the homepage
(link showed above).
1. Complete the first 3 steps
2. This will take you to the My Account page. Verify your email address. (Look in the spam email for confirmation)
3. Click on ENROLL A NEW STUDENT:
If you are new to the District, the following documents need to be brought by the campus
- Student’s birth certificate
- Student’s social security card
- Up to date immunization record
- Parent’s Driver’s license photo id
- Proof of residence
- Personal email account
This is a complete manual on registration.
If you have a returning student, you will have a username and password for the
Ascender Parent Portal. If you need help finding username or password, click RESET PASSWORD on the
homepage and follow directions. If you still need help please call your child’s
school.
Once you login to register a Returning Student you should immediately see
You will have a total of 16 forms that say COMPLETED. Below is an additional link for school lunch form. This form is also included in the Parent Portal Registration. It needs to be filled out and turned in to your student's campus.
