Back To School Vaccines

On July 20th from 9-2pm, the Department of State Health Services will be coming to the GW Junior High Library to offer Back to School Shots for our students. They serve students with Medicaid, no Insurance coverage, & with Insurance that doesn't cover vaccines. The cost is $5 per student (can be waived if needed). Parent/guardian must be present. Please bring your student's current shot record.
